SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We know it’s impossible to make everyone completely happy, if you have a bad experience with our service or products we still want you to be completely satisfied.

WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, BELOW IS INFORMATION ON OUR SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.glacecoatings.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our North American distribution center. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin processing the same day, excluding holidays.

Orders $75 USD and above are eligible for free shipping via the standard expedited parcel service IN NORTH AMERICA ONLY (2-20 business days). 

Orders placed after 4 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Glace Coatings Customer Service will contact you. We currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. 

SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY

WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR RETAIL PRODUCTS

If there is a defect in a Glace Coatings product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price (IF APPLICABLE). Glace Coatings MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS (FOR OUR RETAIL PRODUCTS) INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

There are many factors beyond Glace Coatings control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the Glace Coatings product and determining whether it is a suitable fit for their particular application. RETURNS

We are able to accept returns on orders no older than 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and/or clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

EXCHANGES (WHEN APPLICABLE)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@glacecoatings.com.

Glace Coatings reserves the right to change, amend or redact any portion of these policies at any time for any reason.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase date. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. Customers are not charged a restocking fee, however Glace Coatings will not cover return shipping or any importing fees (duty/taxes), nor will we refund your shipping charges on the original purchase.
